I am experiencing poor audio quality on calls.

Poor audio quality can be caused by network issues, equipment problems, or interference.

  1. Network Issues
    • Check Bandwidth: VoIP requires a stable connection. Avoid using the same network for large file downloads. Check if your internet connection is working properly.
    • Latency, Jitter, or Packet Loss: Perform a “Connection Quality Test” to check your network.
  2. Phone Issues
    • Try using a different handset or headset.
    • Ensure volume settings on your phone are high enough.
  3. Interference Issues
    • Keep your phone away from other electronic devices (e.g., WiFi routers, microwave ovens).Ensure phone cables are not tangled with power cables.
