Setting up SIM card internet from Innovo Networks is quick and simple. Follow these steps to get your LTE or 5G connection up and running:
1. Insert the SIM Card #
- Power off the router completely.
- Insert the SIM card into the SIM slot (usually under the router or inside a side panel).
- Power the router back on.
2. Configure the Router #
- Connect a device (laptop or phone) to the router’s Wi-Fi or LAN port.
- Open a web browser and type
192.168.0.1or192.168.1.1to access the router’s admin panel. - Login using the default credentials (usually on the router label).
- Navigate to the APN settings page.
- Enter the APN provided in your welcome email. Save and reboot the router if required.
3. Check Signal Strength #
- Position the router near a window or elevated area for the strongest mobile signal.
- Check the signal bars on the router’s screen or web interface 3 or more bars is ideal.
- If needed, connect external antennas for better performance.
4. Connect Devices #
- Join your phones, laptops, or desktops to the router’s Wi-Fi using the default SSID and password (printed on the router label).
- You can change the Wi-Fi name and password from the admin panel.
