Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older and sign up for a quote for 5 or more extensions.
   • Participants must be acting on behalf of a registered company in South Africa to be eligible.
   • Only one entry per company is permitted.
   • Employees, directors, and agents of Innovo Networks, their immediate family members, and anyone connected with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period:

   • The competition starts on 6 September 2024 and ends on 30 September 2024.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

   • To enter, participants must complete and submit the online quote request form for 5 or more extensions during the competition period.
   • All required fields on the form must be completed accurately.

4. Prize:

   • One (1) winner will receive one (1) additional extension for free and a Kaspersky license valid for one (1) month.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by Innovo Networks within 2 days after the competition ends.
   • The draw will be overseen by an independent auditor or legal representative to ensure fairness.

6. Winner Notification:

   • The winner will be notified via email or telephone using the contact details provided within 2 days of the draw.
   • If the winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery:

   • The free extension and Kaspersky license will be electronically delivered to the winner within 3 days after the winner’s acceptance of the prize.

8. Data Protection:

   • By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and for marketing purposes by Innovo Networks.
   • Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

9. Publicity:

   • The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the competition, including the use of their company name in promotional material.

10. General Conditions:

    • Innovo Networks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if it becomes necessary to do so.
    • Any changes to the competition or its terms will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

11. Limitation of Liability:

    • Innovo Networks will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of participation in the competition or the acceptance of any prize.
    • Innovo Networks is not responsible for any technical or communication failures that may affect the entry or winner selection process.

12. Governing Law:

    • This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
