By accessing this website or engaging Innovo Networks for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Pricing displayed on this website, in blog content, or generated via any calculator tool is indicative and subject to a formal quotation based on a site assessment. Published pricing may change without notice. A binding quote is only formed once confirmed in writing by Innovo Networks and accepted by the client.

3. Service Agreements

Provision of communications, connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud, AI or managed services is governed by a separate written service agreement or master services agreement entered into between Innovo Networks and the client, which takes precedence over these website Terms & Conditions for matters specific to service delivery, service levels and billing.

4. Third-Party Services and Carriers

Certain services rely on third-party carrier networks (including Vodacom and Liquid Telecoms), cloud infrastructure providers (including Huawei Cloud, Microsoft Azure and AWS), and other partners. Innovo Networks is not liable for outages, faults or degradation originating from third-party carrier or infrastructure providers beyond the scope of its own service level agreement with the client, save as expressly agreed in a specific service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and the "Innovo Networks" name are the property of Innovo Networks (Pty) Ltd. All other content on this site, including text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Innovo Networks unless otherwise indicated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Innovo Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, where applicable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from use of this website or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
